I'm fundraising for men's health in the Push4Men 10-Day Challenge.
As part of Men's health week I am going to perform 40 push ups per day for 10 days consecutively. Heart disease is the leader cause of death for men in Australia. Keeping fit and healthy, decreasing your waist circumference and staying mentally fit are all ways to help decrease your risk of developing heart disease.
I know that by taking part in this Challenge I am bringing awareness to the fact that heart disease kills so many more men than women before the age of 65 in Australia. By learning to be stronger, men can reduce their risk of cardiovascular disease.
I have been ignoring my physical health in the recent past, so its time to get back into action.
All the money raised by Push4Men is invested in improving men’s health through the Australian Men’s Health Forum (AMHF)
